The Story

A Heritage of Stone,
A Contemporary Touch

Some places are built; others are born again. Our stone house has stood on a quiet street corner in the heart of Volos for decades — an original Pelion-stone façade, wooden shutters, and walls that tell stories.

We restored every stone with care and wove into it contemporary architecture, natural textures and soft light. The result isn't a "rental apartment" — it's a home that invites you to slow down, breathe, and live a genuine Greek moment.
