Day 1 · Volos — yield in the heart of the city
We began in the city. Volos is a university town with tens of thousands of students, which makes student apartments one of the most stable investments in the area — steady demand all year round and an attractive rental yield. We viewed several apartments in the centre, checking their condition, location and rental potential.
From there we moved on to the Stone House — a restored historic stone building in the heart of the city that demonstrates a completely different approach: a boutique stay with limited availability. A living example of how a single property can be both an investment and an experience.
Day 2 · Kala Nera and Agria — villas by the sea
On the second day we headed down to the coast. Between Kala Nera, Agria and the coastal towns of the Pagasetic Gulf we saw villas and private homes for sale near the sea — some with a garden, a terrace and a view over the water, in a range of sizes and price brackets. Properties with beach access, potential for summer holiday rentals, and a Mediterranean quality of life that's hard to resist. A winning combination of income and personal use.
We walked the plots on foot, between the olive trees down to the waterline — because that's how you truly understand a property: not in a photo, but on your feet.
Day 3 · The mountain — homes with a view
We finished up high, in the mountain villages. We saw villas and private homes for sale on the slopes of Pelion, with open views to the sea and the gulf, an authentic village atmosphere and clear mountain air. These are properties that especially appeal to anyone looking for a holiday home or a long-term residence — quiet, green, and breathtaking in every season.
Golden Visa — European residency on the way
